Executive Vice President in charge of the GBU Local Energy Infrastructures

Biography

Frank Lacroix has spent most of his career in the energy sector, where he is recognized as an experienced leader in decentralized installations and energy services.

During his 27 years with the Dalkia Group, he held various managerial positions up to the responsibilities of Managing Director of Dalkia France in 2008, then Chairman and CEO of the Dalkia Group in 2011.

There, he accompanied the international development in large decentralized energy infrastructures, building energy installations and Facility Management (FM), and in particular led the refocusing of activities around energy efficiency and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.

He joined EDF in 2014 after the spin-off of Dalkia, then joined SNCF in 2016 to prepare the opening to competition of the regional passenger transport business with a transformation program based on operational excellence and digital. He then joined ELIOR in early 2021 as CEO of its FM branch.

In February 2023, Frank Lacroix joined ENGIE as Executive Vice President in charge of Energy Solutions activities. Since February 1st, 2025, Frank Lacroix is Executive Vice President in charge of GBU Local Energy Infrastructures.
